Each state has different rules and scope in public schools.
Check with your local area coordinator for specific information to help you start well.
Holiday activities?
Many children's camps, clubs, events and activities are organized for these Autumn School Holidays.
Consider asking if you can go along to observe or assist?
Many people interested in getting started in children's ministry have found their 'right-fit' by checking out existing programs and found the organizational support of such groups as the reason they started well and continued on strongly for years!
